Sales & Service Video Clips - Training Guides

These video clips are provided to you for your use by

To use the following video clips you will need Media Player already installed on your computer. You should also have a sound card and speakers attached to your computer. These files are large so please be patient during the download process. You will need to download to your own computer and hard drive.

To download the files select the link below and RIGHT Click on the link, choose "save target as ... ", select a location or folder on your computer hard drive to copy the video clips to. DO NOT CHANGE the file names or extension.

After completing the download process you may now play the video clips. To play the clips you will need Media Player on your computer. Right click on the file and select "open with" then select Media Player. Files should open and play on your computer.
